Fardoo woven coil sheet brake lining is made from high-temperature-resistant fibers such as aramid and glass, specifically engineered for heavy industrial applications. The typical thickness of this lining ranges from 6 to 10 millimeters, with widths between 100 and 200 millimeters. It features a friction coefficient of 0.38 to 0.45, ensuring stable performance in both mechanical and hydraulic braking systems. Its layered woven structure increases tensile strength and minimizes deformation under constant pressure. The product density is generally between 2.2 and 2.4 grams per cubic centimeter and is suitable for operating temperatures from -30 to +450 degrees Celsius.

A key feature of the Fardoo woven coil sheet brake lining is its easy machinability and high flexibility during installation on metal or cast-iron coils. This lining is asbestos-free and highly resistant to moisture and industrial oils. Uniform heat absorption and rapid thermal dissipation reduce the risk of brake lock-up. During continuous operation, friction coefficient variation remains under 5%, indicating excellent performance stability.
