Impact-pressed brake pads are a type of industrial brake pad manufactured using hot pressing technology combined with mechanical impacts to increase density and structural integrity. The thickness of these pads typically ranges from 10 to 18 millimeters, with a coefficient of friction between 0.40 and 0.50. Their thermal resistance is guaranteed up to 550 degrees Celsius, and wear rate is less than 0.06 millimeters per 1,000 kilometers under standard operating conditions. The pad’s structure is a composite of carbon fibers, phenolic resins, and metallic particles, providing optimized mechanical and thermal resistance.

These impact-pressed pads can withstand contact pressures up to 4 megapascals and dynamic forces exceeding 1800 newtons. Their surface hardness ranges between 70 and 85 Rockwell C, indicating high resistance to scratching and impact. Optimized grooves on the pad surface help reduce heat buildup and prevent thermal cracking. Due to their durability and high performance, these pads are widely used in heavy industrial machinery and high-pressure braking systems.
