The K3V rotary group is a dual axial piston pump with variable swashplate and independent capacity control system. Its main housing is cast from high-strength compacted graphite iron FCD700. The cylinder assembly uses hardened SCM440 steel with 9 pistons arranged in two independent circuits per block. A two-stage hydraulic control system independently adjusts each pumps capacity from zero to 100%. This unit withstands 350 bar continuous operating pressure and 400 bar peaks per JIS B 8352 standard. Combined nominal flow at 2000 RPM reaches 280 liters per minute with ±2% tolerance. Each sections volumetric efficiency under rated conditions is 95.5% with 91% overall efficiency.

The control structure includes two pressure regulators with 30-millisecond response and an intelligent flow divider valve.
