Bulldozer components, including blade, chassis, track, engine, hydraulic, and power transmission systems, are manufactured from alloy steel and high-strength aluminum to withstand heavy loads and harsh environments. Shaft and track surfaces are induction-hardened to 55–60 Rockwell C to enhance wear and fatigue resistance. Bearing tolerances are below 0.01 millimeters to ensure smooth, backlash-free movement of critical components under high dynamic stress. Hydraulic systems operate at 250–320 bar using heat-resistant hydraulic oil.
The weight of bulldozer components varies from 5 kilograms for small parts to over 200 kilograms for major assemblies, with assembly using grade 10.9 bolts. Blade and chassis are protected with anti-corrosion and heat-resistant coatings to increase service life. Geometric design is performed using CAD software and FEA analysis to optimize performance and ensure service life exceeding 15000 hours for main components. Rubber parts and bushings with 70–85 Shore A hardness reduce machine vibration and noise.
