Construction machinery chain

Construction machinery chains are manufactured from manganese-chromium alloy steel with tensile strength exceeding 1200 megapascals to ensure resistance under heavy loads. Pins and bushings are induction hardened to achieve surface hardness between 58 and 62 Rockwell C. Machining accuracy of bushings is below 0.01 millimeters, reducing friction and extending service life. These chains can withstand static loads above 250 kilonewtons and remain stable under temperatures ranging from minus 40 to plus 120 degrees Celsius.

The weight of each meter of construction machinery chain varies from 85 to 150 kilograms depending on size, with design carried out using 3D CAD software. Internal lubrication is performed with lithium-based grease of NLGI 2 grade to guarantee smooth operation under dynamic loads. Surface coating of phosphate or galvanization with thickness of 20 to 40 microns is applied to prevent corrosion and improve durability in humid environments. The estimated service life of these chains exceeds 10000 hours under standard operating conditions.
