Body Material, Disc Composition, and Internal Coating of VOG Iran Check Valves

The body of VOG Iran check valves is typically manufactured from ductile iron GGG40 or GGG50, ensuring reliable operation under pressures up to PN16 and excellent resistance to mechanical stress. The valve disc, depending on the model, is made from durable materials such as coated ductile iron, stainless steel 304 or 316, or bronze alloys to maintain stable performance in corrosive fluids or elevated temperatures. Internal surfaces are coated with fusion-bonded epoxy FBE at a thickness of approximately 250–300 microns, preventing corrosion, scaling, and flow reduction. NBR or EPDM O-rings provide effective sealing and reliable operation within a temperature range of 0–80 degrees Celsius. This combination of materials enhances service life, lowers maintenance costs, and ensures optimal valve performance.
