sink , Iran

The IS-1021 sink is crafted from austenitic Grade 304 stainless steel. This alloy contains 18% chromium and 8% nickel. The sheet thickness used is 0.8 mm with a dimensional tolerance of ±0.05 mm. Its surface features a mirror finish with a roughness Ra under 0.25 microns. Common external dimensions are 1000 by 500 mm with a usable depth of 180 mm. It comprises one large main bowl and a smaller secondary bowl. Its total capacity is approximately 45 liters.

The sinks structure is formed using a one-piece deep drawing process. This method enhances structural integrity. The sink edges feature a gently rolled inward design for safety and splash reduction. The underside is coated with an anti-vibration polymer layer. This coating has a thickness between 300 and 500 microns. The approximate sink weight is 8.5 kilograms. It includes pre-drilled mounting points for faucets and a standard 55 mm overflow hole. Its thermal tolerance for direct contact is up to 280 degrees Celsius. You can order and buy sink from Iran by contacting us through whatsaap and email.

Difference Between Stainless Steel, Stone, Ceramic, and Cast Iron Sinks

Stainless steel sinks usually made of 304 grade are lightweight, durable, and impact-resistant. Easy maintenance and affordable pricing are their main advantages. They may be vulnerable to surface scratches.

Artificial stone sinks quartz are very heavy, scratch-resistant, and come in high color variety. Their seamless, non-porous surface prevents bacterial absorption. They are high-priced and may crack under severe impacts.

Ceramic sinks offer a glossy, classic appearance. They are resistant to household chemicals. Their main drawbacks are fragility against sudden impacts and relatively high weight.

Cast iron sinks with ceramic coating enamel are the heaviest type. They have a very smooth surface, resistant to abrasion and temperature changes. Their primary weakness is the potential for the coating to chip from direct, heavy impact.
