The Meiller dump truck twin-shaft pump is a dual-gear hydraulic pump design. It is constructed from hardened alloy steel with a tensile strength of 800 MPa. Gear diameters range from 40 to 120 mm, built to AGMA 12 precision class. The pump can deliver continuous working pressure up to 280 bar. Its nominal flow at 2000 RPM varies from 40 to 250 liters per minute. Volumetric efficiency under rated conditions exceeds 93 percent. The housing is cast from GG25 grade iron and precision-machined. This pump features two independent output shafts for direct connection to the powertrain.

The pump structure comprises two sets of meshing gears in separate hydraulic chambers. Each shaft is mounted on roller bearings with 15 kN axial load capacity. Shaft sealing is achieved via dual cartridge mechanical seals with double lips. The required input torque per shaft at maximum pressure reaches 450 Nm. The pump has 1.5-inch suction and 1.25-inch discharge ports with UNF threads. This design enables simultaneous supply to two circuits or increased total flow.
