Rotating 2010 Antenna , Iran

The Model 2010 motorized antenna features a 1.8-meter diameter aluminum dish with a 1.2 mm thickness. Its surface reflection efficiency is at least 85% at 12 GHz frequency. A synchronous AC drive motor with 120 Nm output torque handles positioning. The system provides 360-degree azimuth rotation at a speed of 1.5 degrees per second. Motor positioning accuracy is ±0.1 degrees using a 16-bit optical encoder. The elevation range is adjustable from 5 to 90 degrees. The base structure is made from 3 mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel. The control system supports DiSEqC 2.0 protocol and has a built-in GPS positioner. It withstands operational winds up to 80 km/h and survival winds up to 150 km/h. The operating temperature range is -30 to +60 degrees Celsius.

The mechanical structure employs a four-arm polar mount with spherical bearing connections. A worm gear with a 1:180 reduction ratio ensures smooth and quiet movement. Mechanical limit sensors prevent movement beyond safe boundaries. Internal wiring uses RG-6 Quad Shield cable with 14 dB loss per 100ft at 1 GHz. The central controller has a 32-bit processor and memory for 200 satellite positions. The user interface includes a color LCD display and an infrared remote control. An external power supply accepts 110-240V AC input and provides 36V DC output. The system features an energy-saving mode with less than 2 watts standby consumption. Overall installed dimensions are approximately 2.2 meters in height and 2 meters in width. The antenna is designed for both roof and ground mounting. You can order and buy Rotating 2010 Antenna from Iran by contacting us through whatsaap and email.

Installation and Programming of a Motorized Satellite Dish

Installing a motorized dish requires an open, obstruction-free location and a sturdy, level mount. First, secure the dish mount using heavy-duty bolts and wall plugs onto a wall or mast. Connect the high-quality coaxial cable RG6 or better with weatherproof connectors to the dish. Connect the positioner motor according to the manual to 220V AC power and the digital controller. For programming, connect the controller to the TV or receiver and enter the Setup menu. Set the positions of desired satellites e.g., Hotbird, Yahsat by entering their azimuth and elevation coordinates via the controllers database or manually. Set the East/West movement limits to prevent collisions with obstacles. After saving settings, perform an Auto Scan test to store channels. Sealing all connections against rain with appropriate sealant is mandatory.
