It is constructed from alloy steel with a tensile strength of 850 MPa. Its hydraulic system operates at a working pressure of 250 bar and is equipped with a safety valve to prevent overpressure. The clamp’s standard dimensions are 300 mm length, 150 mm width, and 100 mm height, allowing installation on various CNC machines. Its operational accuracy is guaranteed up to 0.01 mm, and it weighs approximately 12 kilograms.

The structural design of the Vortex hydraulic clamp focuses on durability and vibration reduction. The hydraulic control system has a response time of 0.5 seconds and allows precise pressure adjustment. This clamp complies with ISO 12100 safety and manufacturing standards and features a corrosion-resistant coating of 150 microns thickness. Easy installation with standard ISO 7380 fasteners and simple maintenance are additional key features. The clamp’s operational lifespan exceeds 500,000 pressure cycles as tested.
