Vortex Hydraulic Clamp Model VH-6

The Vertex hydraulic vise model VH-6 features an effective jaw opening of 160 mm and a jaw width of 150 mm, designed for high-precision workholding. It is equipped with an internal hydraulic system capable of generating up to 25 kN of clamping force, supporting accurate machining operations. The jaws are made of hardened alloy steel with a surface hardness rating between HRC 58 and 62, offering high wear resistance. The body is made from EN-GJS-500-7 grade ductile cast iron, ensuring structural stability under mechanical stress and heat. The movable jaw travel is approximately 160 mm, and the repeatability accuracy is within ±0.01 mm.

The overall dimensions of the VH-6 vise are 450×210×140 mm, and its weight ranges between 22 to 24 kg, providing excellent stability on the machine table. It includes a quick-locking mechanism activated via lever or foot pedal, which enhances operational efficiency. The internal pressure adjustment system allows for fine-tuning of the clamping force depending on the material being held. Seals and O-rings are made from NBR, resistant to oil and temperatures up to 100°C. This model is a reliable and well-engineered solution for CNC machines, milling stations, and medium-duty production lines.
