The BestaRC ERCUAL-A2 aluminum welding wire, 2.4 mm diameter, is suitable for both AC and DC electric arc welding. It is made from high-purity aluminum alloy and can weld aluminum and aluminum-magnesium alloys. With a 2.4 mm diameter and 1 kg per rod, it allows precise melt control and proper base metal penetration. Low electrical resistance and high thermal conductivity reduce warping and improve weld quality. ERCUAL-A2 complies with AWS A5.10 standards, and its flux coating protects the weld area from oxidation while ensuring a uniform joint.
