The Vertex hydraulic vise model VH6 features a jaw opening of 160 mm and a jaw width of 150 mm, making it suitable for precision machining operations. The clamping force is generated by an internal hydraulic system capable of delivering up to 25 kN of pressure. The jaws are made from hardened alloy steel with a hardness rating of HRC 58–62, ensuring high resistance to wear and pressure. The movable jaw travel is approximately 160 mm with repeatability accuracy of ±0.01 mm. The vise body is made from EN-GJS-500-7 grade ductile cast iron, offering excellent mechanical strength and thermal stability. This model is ideal for mounting on milling machines, CNC systems, and drilling machines.

The overall dimensions of the VH6 vise are approximately 450×210×140 mm, and its weight ranges between 22 to 24 kg, providing strong stability on the machine table. The maximum jaw opening is 160 mm, and the jaw height is about 40 mm, making it suitable for clamping medium-sized parts. A quick-locking mechanism with hydraulic activation is included and can be operated via a handle or foot pedal. The internal pressure control valve allows the clamping force to be adjusted based on the material of the workpiece.
