The ITR excavator lower roller is engineered to guide and support the track in the drive system of hydraulic excavators. The roller body is made of hardened alloy steel with tensile strength up to 950 MPa, and the track contact surface features wear-resistant coating of 45-50 HRC. The outer diameter is approximately 320 mm, and the weight is around 42 kilograms. Industrial bearings with high axial and radial load capacity reduce friction and extend component life. The design allows easy installation and precise alignment with other wheels and shafts.
The ITR lower roller offers high fatigue resistance and can withstand dynamic loads up to 8 tons under heavy-duty operation. Shafts and nuts are manufactured with tolerances below 0.05 mm for smooth, vibration-free motion. The internal bearing lubrication system uses temperature- and dust-resistant grease to increase roller longevity. All components are produced according to ISO 492 and ASTM A36 standards, ensuring durability and consistent performance of the tracked system.
