The ITR complete wheel or idler is engineered to guide and evenly distribute traction forces in heavy machinery track systems. The wheel core is made of hardened alloy steel with tensile strength up to 900 MPa, and the contact surface with the track features wear-resistant coating of 45-50 HRC. The outer diameter is approximately 650 mm, and the total weight is around 85 kilograms. Industrial bearings with high axial and radial load capacity extend service life and reduce friction. The design allows easy mounting on the chassis and precise alignment with other wheels.
The ITR idler offers high fatigue resistance and can withstand dynamic loads up to 12 tons under heavy-duty operation. Shafts and nuts are manufactured with tolerances below 0.05 mm for smooth, vibration-free motion. The internal bearing lubrication system uses high-temperature, dust-resistant grease to extend component life. All components are produced according to ISO 492 and ASTM A36 standards, ensuring durability and consistent performance of the tracked system.
