The stretch wrapping machine features an ST52 steel chassis with 80-micron polyester powder coating. Standard dimensions are 2500 x 1500 x 2200 mm with a weight of 450 kg. It utilizes a 2.2 kW inverter motor with adjustable speed from 0 to 30 rpm. The film tension system operates with adjustable force of 5-25 kg and ±0.5 kg accuracy. The machine handles polyethylene film with 200-500 mm width and 15-30 micron thickness. Power consumption is 3 kW per hour with three-phase 380V ±10% input.

The structure includes a rotating turntable made of anodized 6061 aluminum, 1200 mm in diameter. The turntable load capacity is designed for up to 1000 kg with uniform load distribution. The control system uses a PLC with 7-inch touchscreen and 50 programmable wrapping modes. Wrapping height is adjustable from 100 to 2000 mm via pneumatic lifting mechanism.
