The Yilmaz EN series worm gearbox features a right-angle design and a robust body made of alloy steel or cast iron, suitable for transmitting torques from 80 to 4500 Nm. The gear ratio of this series ranges from 5 to 100 and can withstand shock loads and ambient temperatures up to 90°C. The gearbox input complies with IEC standards, allowing direct mounting on induction motors with power up to 90 kW. Precision-machined gears reduce noise levels below 65 dB and extend service life up to 20,000 operating hours.
The worm gears are made of hardened steel with a chrome-nickel coating, and continuous lubrication is ensured using ISO VG 220 synthetic oil. The output shaft is designed for high radial and axial loads, and roller and ball bearings provide stable performance at speeds from 1400 to 3000 rpm.
