The YILMAZ helical inline gearbox series N is a high-performance and precision power transmission unit engineered for heavy-duty industrial applications. Its housing is made of high-strength ductile iron and available in sizes 63 to 225. The gearbox is produced in two to four stages with selectable gear ratios ranging from 3.4 to 320. Mechanical efficiency reaches up to 96 percent, ensuring minimal energy loss during transmission. Helical gears are made from case-hardened alloy steel with DIN 6 accuracy, providing smooth, quiet, and stable operation. The finned housing design enhances heat dissipation and ensures reliable operation under continuous load conditions.

The YILMAZ series N gearbox delivers up to 18,000 Nm of output torque with an input power range from 0.12 to 160 kW. The input flange follows IEC standards, allowing direct coupling with electric motors. The output shaft is available in solid and hollow versions to suit different installation requirements. Internal lubrication uses ISO VG 220 or 320 industrial oil, reducing wear and extending gear life. High-quality roller bearings and dust-resistant seals ensure stable, leak-free operation. Manufactured according to CE and ISO 9001 standards, this gearbox is widely used in conveyors, extruders, and heavy industrial transmission systems.
