The SHARIF direct shaft gearbox with a flange design is suitable for transmitting torque from 50 to 1200 Newton-meters at input speeds of 1400 to 3000 RPM. Its housing is made of high-precision machined aluminum or steel alloy and can withstand temperatures up to 90°C. The gears are made of chrome steel, hardened, and manufactured to ISO Class 6 accuracy to minimize vibration and noise. The input shaft diameter ranges from 20 to 80 mm, and the output shaft diameter ranges from 25 to 90 mm, while the synthetic oil lubrication system extends the lifespan of internal components.

This flange-mounted gearbox achieves a mechanical efficiency of 95% and operates at noise levels below 65 dB under full load. The output shaft can handle radial loads up to 4500 N and axial loads up to 2000 N. Flange dimensions comply with IEC standards, ranging from 90 to 250 mm, allowing easy installation on standard industrial motors and production machinery. The bearing system uses double-row bearings with automatic lubrication, reducing vibration and ensuring a service life of up to 20,000 hours.
