Machine screws feature uniform diameter along the entire shank with fully threaded precision profiles. Class 8.8 screws achieve 800 Megapascals tensile strength with 640 yield strength for general machinery assembly. Class 10.9 screws reach 1040 Megapascals for high-stress bolted connections in heavy equipment. Class 12.9 represents the highest grade with 1220 Megapascals tensile capacity for critical joints. Stainless steel grades A2 (304) and A4 (316) offer corrosion resistance for outdoor and chemical environments. Brass and nylon versions are available for electrical insulation and non-magnetic requirements. Mating machine nuts are produced in corresponding strength classes and thread tolerances for proper fit.
