Crane chain with G120 grade is actually the highest grade of steel in the production of this type of chain in connecting the load with the sling and crane. The highest percentage of carbon is used in the alloy steel of G120 crane chain, which leads to higher mechanical capabilities of this chain. A series of thermal hardening operations in the form of multi-stage cooling and heating are used in order to increase the two quality factors of G120 grade steel crane chain, which finally reaches a tensile strength of over 900 newtons/mm2 N/mm2 and produces a very high wear hardness compared to G80 dry steel crane chain.
