Iranian 30 cm hydraulic clamp

The 30 cm Iranian hydraulic vise features a functional jaw opening of 300 mm and a body made from ductile cast iron conforming to EN-GJS-400 standard. It can withstand hydraulic pressure up to 5 MPa, making it suitable for machining light to medium-weight metal parts. The fixed and movable jaws are made from CK45 alloy steel with a surface hardness of approximately HRC 55. The movable jaw travel ranges from 0 to 300 mm, with repeatability accuracy around ±0.02 mm. The overall dimensions of the unit are approximately 450×160×130 mm, making it compatible with milling or CNC tables. Mounting holes on the base have a diameter of 12 mm and follow a standard spacing layout.

This vise includes an internal hydraulic cylinder that operates via manual or foot pump, with pressure regulated by an adjustable control valve. The total weight is about 17 to 20 kg, making it ideal for medium-duty industrial machines. The internal seals are made of NBR material, rated for up to 100°C, and are estimated to last between 500 to 700 hours of continuous operation. The maximum torque applied to the movable jaw is around 70 Nm, providing solid clamping force for securing metal workpieces.
