Forged impact-pressed brake pads are a type of industrial friction material manufactured using a combined process of hot pressing and mechanical forging, which enhances density and structural uniformity. These pads typically have a thickness ranging from 12 to 20 millimeters and offer stable performance under high pressure with a coefficient of friction between 0.42 and 0.52. They provide thermal resistance up to 600 degrees Celsius, and the wear rate is less than 0.05 millimeters per 1,000 kilometers. The material structure consists of metallic fibers, industrial ceramic particles, and reinforced resin, ensuring both high strength and efficient heat transfer.

Forged impact-pressed pads can withstand contact pressures up to 5 megapascals and mechanical loads up to 2000 newtons. Surface hardness is measured between 75 and 90 Rockwell C, indicating exceptional resistance to impact and abrasion. The surface design features deep grooves and cooling channels to improve heat dissipation. An anti-corrosion coating and controlled alloy composition in the metal backing plate increase durability to over 80,000 braking cycles. These pads are used in high-pressure industrial systems and heavy-duty machinery such as cranes, hydraulic presses, and winch braking systems.
