The main rotor piston finger 220 is made of hardened alloy steel with a wear-resistant coating, and its shaft diameter is 18 millimeters. The total length of the finger is 120 millimeters, with a distance from the axis to the connection center of 45 millimeters. The design of bearing grooves and internal lubrication channels reduces friction and increases component lifespan up to 5000 continuous operating hours. The axial load capacity of the finger is up to 2500 Newtons, and the instantaneous torque capacity is 180 Nm. The outer surface is chromium-coated for wear resistance and can withstand temperatures up to 300°C.
The finger shaft is dimensionally controlled with ±0.02 millimeter precision after CNC machining. Lubrication grooves are 2 millimeters in diameter and spaced 10 millimeters apart to ensure optimal oil flow. All internal rotor components, including bushings and support rings, undergo stress and vibration testing according to ISO 1940. The total weight of the finger is approximately 1.6 kilograms, and its bending strength under operating conditions is 1200 N/mm².
