The HL200 HEPKO excavator exhaust is designed with a total length of 1350 mm and an inner diameter of 170 mm, manufactured from heat-resistant alloy steel. This component withstands temperatures up to 850°C, while its anti-corrosion coating extends service life to 4500 operating hours. The exhaust weighs 42 kg and is mounted using standard M14 bolts. Its internal layout includes a corrugated pipe and a sound-absorbing chamber, reducing noise emissions to below 82 dB. The HL200 HEPKO exhaust features a triple-layer body with a thickness of 3.5 mm, equipped with internal ceramic insulation to prevent heat transfer to the housing. The middle pipe diameter is 120 mm, and joints are welded with TIG technology to maximize mechanical strength. This exhaust operates reliably in ambient conditions from -25°C to +65°C. Its dynamic gas flow design ensures uniform outlet pressure and optimizes engine fuel consumption. Additionally, the component fully complies with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
