Excavator components

Excavator components, including chassis, arm, track, blade, engine, and hydraulic systems, are manufactured from alloy steel and high-strength aluminum to withstand heavy loads and high dynamic stress. Shafts and gears are induction-hardened to 55–60 Rockwell C to enhance wear and fatigue resistance. Bearing tolerances are below 0.01 millimeters to ensure smooth, backlash-free movement of critical components. Blade and arm are protected with anti-corrosion and heat-resistant coatings to extend service life.

The weight of excavator components varies from 5 kilograms for small parts to over 250 kilograms for main assemblies, with assembly using grade 10.9 bolts. Hydraulic systems operate at 250–320 bar using heat-resistant oil. Geometric design is performed using CAD software and FEA analysis to optimize performance and ensure a service life exceeding 15000 hours for main components. Rubber parts and bushings with 70–85 Shore A hardness reduce machine vibration and noise.
