Deutz three-cylinder engine exhaust

The Deutz three-cylinder engine exhaust is engineered to efficiently guide exhaust gases while reducing noise and vibration under heavy-duty conditions. The exhaust body is made from heat-resistant alloy steel with an Fe-Cr-Ni composition, capable of withstanding temperatures up to 750°C. The wall thickness ranges from 2 to 2.5 mm and is coated with a corrosion-resistant high-temperature paint. The total length is approximately 780 mm, with an outlet diameter of 95 mm. Its internal design, including expansion chambers and optimized flow paths, reduces back pressure and improves exhaust efficiency.

The Deutz three-cylinder exhaust features a dual-layer construction with 12 mm compressed fiberglass insulation to minimize heat transfer to the outer shell. The connection uses a reinforced 8 mm thick steel flange and high-temperature gasket. It provides vibration resistance up to 155 Hz and corrosion endurance tested for 1000 hours in salt spray conditions. The total weight is approximately 8.7 kg, designed for direct installation on the engine manifold. This structure ensures enhanced durability, reduced emissions, and stable engine performance.
