Complete Komatsu Excavator Cabin with Wiring and Internal Equipment

The complete cabin for Komatsu excavators is constructed from ST52 steel with 3 to 5-millimeter thickness and a torsion-resistant frame. The cabin measures 2.5 meters in length, 1.5 meters in width, and 2 meters in height, weighing approximately 750 kilograms. Front and side windows are made from 10-millimeter tempered glass with high impact resistance. Internal frames are coated with anti-corrosion industrial paint, and mounting to the chassis is done using M16 bolts. The cabin withstands vibrations and impacts up to 1500 Nm, with a structural service life exceeding 15 years under heavy-duty conditions.

Internal wiring uses PVC-insulated cables for 12-volt DC systems, supporting up to 20 amps per circuit. Switches, lights, and control panels are ergonomically placed for operator comfort and safety. Internal heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with optimized airflow ducts ensure uniform air distribution. Routine maintenance and replacement of internal components are simple and fast.
