The 95L Isumi piston is made from forged aluminum alloy with a surface hardness of 120-140 HB, ensuring resistance to cylinder pressure up to 180 bar and operating temperatures up to 250°C. The piston diameter is 95 mm, height 95 mm, and approximate weight 1.8 kg. Ring grooves are CNC-machined with 1.5 mm spacing to minimize gas and oil leakage and maximize power transfer efficiency.
The piston’s exterior is anodized and reinforced with MoS2 or DLC anti-wear coating to reduce friction with the cylinder wall. A 25 mm diameter steel gudgeon pin with 900 MPa tensile strength connects the piston to the connecting rod. Hydraulic pressure and movement cycle testing up to 1 million cycles ensure a service life exceeding 8 years in harsh industrial and environmental conditions.
