Water absorption is below 0.5 percent with a dense and durable structure. Firing is carried out in a tunnel kiln at temperatures between 1260 and 1380 degrees Celsius. Flexural strength exceeds 90 megapascals and compressive strength is above 330 megapascals. A transparent lead free glaze layer with 0.2 to 0.35 millimeter thickness provides a uniform and glossy surface. Thermal shock resistance up to a 180 degree Celsius differential is ensured. The Niloufar design is applied using digital ceramic decoration and fixed during a third firing stage.

Structurally, the set includes a 27 centimeter dinner plate, 21 centimeter side plate, and 14 to 15 centimeter bowl. The average main plate weight ranges from 700 to 820 grams. Dimensional tolerance below 2 percent ensures uniform stacking. Reinforced edge profiles improve chip resistance. Glaze surface hardness exceeds 6 on the Mohs scale. Microwave compatibility and dishwasher durability up to 1000 cycles are supported.
