The Megadyne P120 flat power transmission belt is built with a reinforced polyamide core and a wear-resistant polyurethane coating, featuring a thickness between 2.5 and 4.0 mm. It provides a tensile modulus of 200 to 240 N per mm and can continuously transmit up to 18 kW of power at speeds ranging from 2500 to 20000 RPM. Its friction surface with a coefficient of 0.42 to 0.55 improves efficiency in heavy industrial applications.

A key feature of the Megadyne P120 flat power transmission belt is its ability to withstand static loads up to 3500 N and maintain thermal stability within -30 to +110 °C. It is used in high-speed printing machines, industrial packaging equipment, and automated conveying lines. With a minimum bending radius of 90 mm and high fatigue resistance, it increases service life and reduces maintenance costs in power transmission systems.
