The Bando Power Ace 5VX power transmission belt is a narrow, cogged design intended for heavy-duty, high-speed industrial applications. Its standard width is 15.9 millimeters with an approximate height of 13.5 millimeters, enabling significantly higher power transmission compared to equivalent classical belts. The belt body is made of a rubber compound resistant to oil, ozone, and heat, while the cogged profile enhances flexibility and dissipates heat efficiently. High-strength polyester tensile cords are embedded in the insulation layer to ensure stretch resistance, dimensional stability, and uniform load distribution.

This belt is manufactured in compliance with ARPM standards and operates within a temperature range of -20 to 90 degrees Celsius. Dimensional accuracy of ±0.2 millimeters guarantees consistent performance even under heavy load conditions.
