The Bando KPS14M industrial polyurethane timing belt is made of durable polyurethane with high modulus aramid cords, suitable for high-torque transmission at low speeds. The belt width is 14 millimeters with a 14-millimeter tooth pitch, fully compatible with standard STS pulleys. It can transmit up to five times more power than standard STS belts while reducing wear and rubber dust for longer service life. Its operating temperature range is -30 to 80 degrees Celsius, and it has high chemical resistance to oils and industrial greases.
The flexible polyurethane construction allows use in heavy-duty industrial drives with high torque. The bending radius and inner diameter are optimized to minimize mechanical stress. Custom lengths up to 5000 millimeters are available with ±0.2 millimeter dimensional accuracy. These characteristics improve energy efficiency, reduce vibration in sensitive mechanical systems, and enable fast, easy pulley installation.
