The Arisan stock clutch disc and plate by Valeo is designed with a 240 mm diameter and 8 mm thickness to optimize power transfer from the engine to the gearbox. The plate is made of durable steel, and the disc is constructed from ductile cast iron, capable of withstanding thermal stress up to 500°C. Special grooves and channels reduce vibration and increase friction contact surface. Each assembly weighs approximately 7.5 kg and can handle torque up to 230 Nm. Easy installation and full compatibility with the Arisan clutch system extend the service life of the assembly up to 100,000 kilometers.

The Valeo clutch plate provides uniform pressure and adequate flexibility to prevent slipping at high engine speeds. The disc features torsion springs that reduce shock and minimize operational noise. The contact thickness of the plate with the disc is 8 mm, and the friction coefficient is 0.35, ensuring stable performance between 20°C and 450°C. The groove spacing is precisely 6 mm, optimizing force distribution across the disc surface.
