The Vortex VH-6L hydraulic clamp has a load capacity of up to 6 tons and a maximum operating pressure of 250 bar. The clamp arm length is 450 millimeters, and the jaw opening angle is designed at 90 degrees. The total weight of the device is 320 kilograms, and the hydraulic oil volume is 15 liters. The jaw opening and closing speed is 0.8 meters per second, and it can operate in temperatures ranging from -20 to 70 degrees Celsius. The clamp body is made of alloy steel with corrosion-resistant coating, and all connections are reinforced with resistance welding and standard steel bolts.

The VH-6L hydraulic system includes a gear pump with a flow rate of 25 liters per minute and a precise pressure control valve. Installation on a crane arm is possible via an ISO standard flange. The clamp can rotate 360 degrees continuously, with a tilt angle of ±15 degrees. The contact surfaces are made of 60 HRC hardened steel to optimize wear resistance and friction. Its modern design reduces energy consumption by up to 12 percent compared to similar models.
