Woven Brake Lining Roll is one of the most widely used types of flexible industrial brake linings, made from a combination of natural hemp fibers, fine copper wire, and reinforced phenolic resins. This woven structure ensures uniform heat distribution, absorbs mechanical shocks, and reduces friction noise during braking. The hemp lining is produced in 5 to 10-meter rolls with standard widths ranging from 50 to 150 millimeters, allowing easy cutting and shaping for installation on brake shoes or drums. Its coefficient of friction typically ranges from 0.35 to 0.45, with stable performance at temperatures up to 300°C. High resistance to oil and grease, non-corrosive behavior on metal components, and flexibility under cyclic loading make this lining ideal for presses, workshop cranes, conveyor systems, and light to medium industrial braking applications.
