The 4 liter bladder accumulator HYDAC is manufactured with high strength alloy steel housing in compliance with DIN EN 14359 standards and withstands operating pressures up to 350 bar. The internal bladder is made of oil resistant elastomer compatible with mineral oils and hydraulic fluids, designed to work within a temperature range from 20°C to +80°C. Advanced welding methods and non destructive testing ensure long service life and maximum safety in demanding industrial environments.

This accumulator has a nominal volume of 4 liters with an energy storage capacity of approximately 0.5 kWh and allows nitrogen precharge pressures up to 100 bar. Hydrostatic pressure testing is performed at 525 bar during manufacturing to guarantee durability and safe performance under heavy duty conditions.
