V-belt

The V-belt is made from a rubber composite reinforced with fibers, offering tensile strength typically up to 1200 Newtons per millimeter of width. Its thickness ranges between 7 to 15 millimeters and it is produced in standard sizes such as A, B, C, and D, with widths from 10 to 40 millimeters. The V-shaped profile design increases friction coefficient and improves power transmission efficiency in mechanical systems. These belts can operate within a temperature range of -20 to 70 degrees Celsius and have a durable structure resistant to wear and tearing.

The V-belt’s performance supports speeds up to 6000 revolutions per minute and provides acceptable resistance against oil, water, and chemicals.
