The B7 steel stud bolt with a 5/8-inch diameter and 80 mm length weighs approximately 0.45 kg. Its effective thread length is 50 mm, and the thread pitch is 1.59 mm. The major diameter of the thread is 15.875 mm, and the minor diameter is 13.5 mm. Made from alloy steel with a tensile strength of 1250 MPa and hardness between 32–36 HRC, the bolt can withstand a maximum tensile load of 60 kN and an installation torque of 65 Nm. Heat treatment and galvanization enhance corrosion resistance according to ASTM A193 standards.

The B7 stud bolt’s thread design and dimensions are optimized for industrial flanges and mechanical connections. Its effective thread length of 50 mm ensures a minimum critical tensile load of 55 kN. The bolt can resist dynamic tensile loads up to 50 kN and bending stress up to 10 MPa. The operating temperature range is 20–250°C. Using lubricants and gradual tightening prevents metal fatigue and stress concentration.
