The NACHI self-aligning ball bearing model 2201 is a double-row deep groove bearing with a spherical raceway design that compensates for shaft misalignment during installation or operation. It features a 12-millimeter inner diameter, 32-millimeter outer diameter, and a 14-millimeter width. The rings are made of SUJ2 chrome alloy steel with surface hardness between 60 and 64 HRC, and the cage is manufactured from machined brass or reinforced polyamide. Manufacturing precision follows ISO 492 standards with a P6 tolerance class. This bearing can support high radial loads and light axial loads, and accommodates up to 3 degrees of angular misalignment without stress concentration.
The NACHI 2201 bearing is manufactured through controlled heat treatment and precision grinding to improve fatigue resistance and surface smoothness. It operates within a temperature range of minus 20 to plus 120 degrees Celsius, and up to 150 degrees with proper lubrication. Lubrication is provided by lithium-based NLGI-2 grease or ISO VG 46 industrial oil. The maximum speed rating is 9,000 rpm with grease and 12,000 rpm with oil. This bearing is widely used in electric motors, fans, agricultural machinery, and power transmission systems.
