We have been spurred on by high fabrication quality since 1934. Together with reliable deliveries, this guarantees satisfied customers and creates a solid foundation of trust for all business relationships.

Ongoing technological advancements in all areas of use and the stringent requirements for wire ropes and fasteners in the maritime shipping and fishery industries in particular, have always been the motivating force behind innovations. The ATLAS rope was developed with Bayer AG in the 1960s. The special fastener for commercial shipping is standard now and is supplemented by the DURA winch line, which we have been producing since 1995.

Our production in Bremerhaven is sustained by long-serving employees, who bring their experience to manufacturing. In the 1980s, Drahtseilwerk GmbH began producing compact strand ropes and, at the beginning of the 1990s, we expanded our product range to include non-rotation special ropes.

The large warehouse with standard ropes is a benefit for our customers. In addition to this, we react quickly to special requirements. Quite often a specific customer request has become a new stock product. Ask us about special dimensions or tell us the problem – our wire ropes are the golden thread that leads to the solution.
