The Emami Sanat Sayesh automatic chuck is manufactured from alloy steel with heat treatment for high mechanical strength. The tool clamping accuracy in this model is less than 0.015 millimeters, with the ability to hold tools ranging from 2 to 20 millimeters in diameter. The standard weight of the chuck is approximately 1.3 kilograms, and the shank diameter is 50 millimeters. The maximum permissible rotational speed is 7000 RPM, and the specially designed shank ensures full compatibility with BT50 CNC spindles. The automatic locking mechanism allows fast and secure tool changes without the need for additional tools.

The chuck surface is coated with corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant material to extend service life. This product fully complies with ISO 7388-1 and DIN 69871 industrial standards. The anti-vibration design of the Emami automatic chuck enhances cutting quality and reduces tool damage. Resistance to axial and radial forces during operation ensures stable and precise performance.
