The 30 cm hydraulic vise features an effective jaw opening of 300 mm, designed for holding industrial components with high precision. The clamping force is generated by a hydraulic system capable of delivering pressure between 2 to 6 MPa. The jaws are made of hardened steel with a hardness rating of HRC 58–62, providing excellent resistance to wear and pressure. The overall length of the vise is approximately 450 mm, and its height ranges between 120 to 150 mm. A quick-clamping mechanism with internal pressure control increases operational speed in production environments. The base includes standard mounting holes with a diameter of 12 mm for secure installation on machine tables.
The vise body is constructed from ductile cast iron grade EN-GJS-500-7, offering high mechanical strength and thermal resistance up to 400°C. The movable jaw has a travel range of 0 to 300 mm, with a repeatability accuracy of approximately ±0.01 mm. The internal hydraulic system can be connected to manual or foot-operated pumps, with adjustable working pressure via a safety valve. The total weight of the vise is about 18 to 22 kg and it can be mounted horizontally or vertically on the machine table. This vise is ideal for CNC machining, milling, and drilling of metal and alloy components with high precision. Seals and O-rings are made from NBR, resistant to oil and heat.
